Melt the Muffin Top!!

Do you have that dreaded muffin top? Do you find squeezing into your jeans is not so comfortable right now?

If you answered YES then let’s do something about it!!

Just doing exercises are not going to get rid of your muffin top (you CANNOT spot reduce darn it!!) but combining a clean, healthy diet with these plank exercises will get you started in the right direction!

Planks are awesome for your core & lower back!

You’ll want to be on your forearms & bring your left knee to left elbow then right knee to right elbow.

Try two sets of 15!
